Who you are:

• AMS / AMI Montessori Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in a Montessori school or licensed child care facility
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and able to work with others harmoniously
• Strives to form a cohesive team of teachers
• Ability to learn computer software

 
Some of the things you'll be doing include…

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, immunization and program registration. Maintain appropriate files and waiting lists of children
• Provides superior customer service to all prospective parents
• Maintain licensing regulations
• Selects, hires, orientates, trains, and evaluates faculty in accordance with Blossoms Montessori School’s policies and procedures and state licensing requirements
• Maintain accurate faculty files and conduct monthly faculty meetings
• Plan first aid, CPR and any other required training
• Manage classroom and faculty schedule
• Develop and maintain a substitute teacher list
• Organize school events, functions, open houses, etc.
• Ability to perform all the essential functions for each position in the school, including, but not limited to, other team lead positions, reception, teachers, etc.
